All of the above answers. You have goods & bads. While I have come to expect the changes at Saginaw Pointe, I am not so sure my friends would pay this much to live here.

Overall, I was very well pleased with the level of customer service at the community as the leasing agent was very friendly and very welcoming. She explained she lived there herself and loved living in the community.

It's always something breaking down in the apartments and maintenance is so slow and they always have to keep coming back for the same problem.

We do complete maintenance requests in the order they are received and the urgency of the request.Any future requests in the allotted time frame of 24-48 hours for non-emergency type situations.

The leasing agent was outstanding. The community was neat, clean and well maintained.

The staff was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I think that tours should be offered on Saturdays. I would normally find it very inconvenient to find time during the week for an apartment tour. The rent should be lower, considering the income limitations. The property itself is clean, well maintained and presentable.

When I first drove up, the lawn was cut and the parking lot looked nice and clean.
