I did not feel welcomed by the leasing staff. The community appeared to be very nice and the grounds were neat and well kept. The layout of the apartment was nice.

The staff member I encountered was very helpful and thorough. The apartments appeared very well kept, and extremely modern throughout. The kitchens were very nicely updated, with some of the newest appliances I have seen in a community. While the price was somewhat high, the location was also extremely good.

The Leasing Agent was a true professional, engaging, and represented the community well. I felt I would be getting good value for the money. Were I in the market for a place to live, I would both be happy living there as well as recommending to friends and family.

While viewing an apartment I was unsure if the layout and size would suit my needs. The leasing agent actually suggested condo living to me instead of offering to show a larger apartment. The suggestion that was made, along with the placement of the only bathroom, discouraged me even further from wanting to lease in the community.

I did not see much life going on in and around the community. It did not seem to be a happy place, it seemed to me a transient place. I found it hard to think of it as home.

I felt the leasing professional did a very good job of showcasing the features of the apartment and the amenities of the community. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire visit. I think if she spent more time during the needs assessment uncovering my hobbies and interests, she could have done a better job of demonstrating how the features and amenities could best benefit me.

Overall, I was very impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by the leasing consultants. I was also very impressed with the upkeep of the community. The one bedroom I viewed was very nice, and I was pleased to hear that I would be getting a newly remodeled kitchen should I decide to rent there.
