The leasing agent was personable, detailed, seemed trustworthy, and someone who did not hesitate to answer my questions with confidence. The community seemed well kept for the winter, snow covered season.

The stellar performance of this leasing agent was flawless and enthralling. I wish I were moving in.

I enjoyed my time at the community and felt very valued by those I encountered. The leasing professional was a wonderful hostess and provided a truly excellent recommendation of the community as a whole. I would seriously consider moving to the community based on my overall experience.

You are doing a great job and offered a lot of nice amenities for a friendly community. Perhaps a community garden might help. Make some raised beds and have people plant and take care of; and share food with everyone.

I actually found the chattiness a bit over the top. I can see that some people would consider her very friendly, but I thought it a bit too saccharine. I had overheard her talking a little on the phone and she said exactly the same thing to the person on the phone as she'd said to me, with exactly the same vocal inflection. This was a bit off-putting. As far as the location went, the rooms were a little small and my furniture really would not fit. I found the idea of just cramming it in anyway not very realistic.

This was an excellent community with great amenities. It was reasonably priced and staffed with great people.

My tour of Wildwood Meadows showed me what a great place it was. The grounds were immaculate and showed care in every aspect. The apartments were large and well laid-out, and even had a washer/dryer in each one. The model showed me ways to decorate, to make my space personal. The little extras made WM great: things like watering residents' plants and feeding pets while they were away, free computer and printer use, a nice club room, and a cool pool. I could see myself living there and loving it!

It was an enjoyable experience. The staff understood needs, works as a team and made the whole experience much more relaxing verse uptight.
