The environment is warm and friendly. Great views from my balcony. I can see firework shows and planes from the nearby Air Force Base. My neighbors get out to walk, ride bikes, walk their pets and roller blade to the beach. You can drive your car or just walk to the beach for a relaxing beautiful day or have a picnic at St. Clair Shores. My apartment has a tall ceiling with an half moon shaped window above the patio door which is great for lots of sunlight in the evening or morning depending on which side of the building your back door is facing. There are always activities going on such as the mom to mom 7K walk, pool parties, potluck luncheons etc. You can also have barbecue parties on the back lawn. This place is like a well kept secret and I am happy I search it out.
