The staff was friendly and upbeat. The community was well taken care of.

The amenities were nice, but the apartments were old and had a smell. I would not live there, but I felt the leasing agent did a fairly good job of trying to emphasize the positives and downplay the negatives to give a nice presentation full of enthusiasm that was sort of catching.

I found this community to be better than average, and offered some really nice upgrades available that were all shown in the model. I was very happy with the level of customer service and felt this community would have a good working relationship with residents. They held weekly resident functions and encouraged neighbors to get to know each other.
