This community was quite unique. There were over 81 floor plans. The buildings were totally brick and some of the apartments had at least one brick wall and original beam ceilings. There offered state-of-the-art kitchens, with washer and dryer and a formal dining room. The landscaping had been up-dated and was just growing. The river walk was a building away, which is great. The leasing agent was kind and professional.

This apartment community was beautiful and clean. The rooms were of good size. I like that they offered 80 floor plan variations. The security services were ample. The hallways were clean and had a fresh and attractive appeal. The leasing agent was professional.

I would more than likely considering leasing at this community. The staff was very personable and engaging. Everyone seemed to have respect for one another. The apartment I saw exceeded my expectations and the living area was spacious with nice high ceilings. The community has a romantic flair, especially where the brownstones are located. I was very impressed.

The staff I encountered were professional. Considering that water, trash, heat, and an included parking space in an attended gate was included, this in the rate made this an appealing community. Aside from most communities now providing an area of wifi for residents and access to a clubhouse or rental room, I think it has a lot to offer a resident. Overall, this was a positive experience and I would consider moving to this community.

The community is nice and situated close to many entertainment outlets. The amenities offered are good, but not exceptional. The upkeep is good and there is adequate security. The consultant was friendly and welcoming. She was upbeat about the community and the surrounding area.

I would lease here if I did not have five kids. The community was near my work and it was very high end. The apartment appeared to be spacious. The leasing professional was absolutely excellent and professional. The view of the River and being nearby the downtown and Canada was excellent. It would be an absolutely awesome place to live if I did not have small children.

The apartments were located in the busy downtown area near the river. The location was great for building a sense of community and relaxing. The facility offered great security and amenities. However, the rental cost was too high for what the property offered.

The property itself was engaging. I liked the exposed beams and high ceilings. I would like more outdoor access, possibly a common area for the residents. I asked about shopping and did not get direct answer, so I have to surmise I would have to go to Eastern Market for foodstuffs and travel for dry goods and hardware. I would really like to know if they are closer, this would be a selling point.
