Overpriced, Outdated appliances that frequently break, rude maintenance staff, leasing office & company do not answer questions or return emails, AC/Heat still only works in one room rest of apartment gets no heat in Winter and no AC in Summer
Safety...
-poor lighting
-They will only put window locks on 1st floor apartments
-Maintenance doesn't wear uniforms always and can be rude if you ask for ID
