Too loud. Built with cheap materials. No choice of cable or Internet. The basic internet is slow.

I would recommend this place is beautiful but I will warn them when The Neighbor is stomping and jumping around they're not going to do nothing but try to move you the victim.

The walls are too thin, poor construction. Other than the noise the building is great. Just can’t sleep or rest well when you can hear your neighbors snoring like they live with you

I would love to live in the community, as they had all I would want. It was very nice but not over-the-top.

The future parking only spaces should be for that. If you allow people to park there during off hours, they should be gone at 10:00 Am because I would not have driven around looking for a space if I was conducting a shop. There were too many other communities in the area to bother with that when I am first entering a community.

I don't want family or friends living near me.

Walls are too thin, not enough cameras in the common areas and hallways, rent a little high for what the community offers. One of the reason I moved here was because of the anticipation of the retail attached to the building. It's been 2 years and there is still no retail in the building.

Neighbors are inconsiderate, park in reserve space, an eye soar with trash bins and trash on the ground. However there are a few pros as well such as the coffee machine and the mingle events.

This was a modern apartment community. The location was perfect. It was close to the beltway and had a lot of good shopping and several restaurants and eateries nearby. The apartments had great sized bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens with nice granite counter tops with plenty of cabinet space. I really liked that each apartment had a washer/dryer. The apartments were contemporary and updated. The state-of-the-art gym and full basketball court were a big draw, and the swimming pool and lounge chairs were so inviting. The large residents' lounge was nicely decorated with a pool table and plenty of places to just relax. It was comforting to know that security was on patrol at night. I would recommend this community to my friends and family.

It's like home

Clean enviroment. Sercured building. Close to shops, metro and beltway.

I believe the monthly rental rates are expensive.

The community was neat and quiet, and the leasing consultants were very friendly as well as knowledgeable.

There was no other information to share in this portion of the shop.
