Worst Place! Take Your Money Elsewhere
Hidden fees, deceitful leasing agents, double dealings - Do not Trust this establishment, in all honesty...find some place else to give your hard earned money.
Don't believe the hype, the good reviews are most likely from leasing agents that live here with their family, they need to lie to maintain their free rent or whatever discount they're getting.
DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE, THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU WILL EVER MAKE.
These leasing agents are a bunch of unprofessional and deceiving ___. So many tenants have fallen victim to the deceits of agents telling them that their utilities are based on their usage, while the truth tenants later find out that their utilities bills are based on an average of all tenants consumption.
Meaning, even if you technically consume a bill of $25 a month for electric, you'll end up paying $60 a month, because it is not based on your own consumption in your apartment, but an average of what all similar sized units use combined. The agents deceive tenants by telling them that it is based on their own consumption, when that is not true.
So at the end of the month, when you should pay $80 for your usage, you're paying $170 because they average it out on every tenants consumption, to figure out your monthly utilities fee. Again, agents lie to future tenants assuring them that their bill is based on their own usage, when the truth is, it is based on paying for the consumption of others that may have 15 people in their apartments. Who in their right mind having just two people in an apartment, agree to pay such high utilities bills equivalent to having 4-5 ppl in an apartment. The agent lied, sadly they know that once you sign that lease, there is nothing that you can to help yourself out of the devilishly unfortunate situation.
