The property appeared to be very well run and clean. It was in a great location with a train station right out back. I thought the price was fair, given today's prices. I liked the idea of being able to use the video room or a conference room if I wanted, and the fitness area was super.

I thought the community was well presented and very nice in appearance. The leasing professional was detailed, professional, and explained the process in order for me to start the process in securing an apartment.

I felt that the agent's presentation was lacking empathy and attention to detail. The community itself was beautifully presented. The amenities, however, were average ones given the price. I could live at the community and enjoy it though, and would likely recommend to my family and friends.

The location for someone that needed the train was great or for ones that liked to walk downtown. The traffic and dust from the street did not thrill me nor listening to trains from early morning to late nights.

I fell in love with the old Southern style theme that this community had to offer. With the community being centrally located in the heart of Salem, close to the beach with a river view, you could not go wrong on the pricing and value.

This community impressed me in its cleanliness and attention to detail. Though it is situated in a very busy area, once within its bounds one feels very far from the hustle and bustle. I was very impressed by its fitness facilities. The clubhouse is gorgeous, and the business area, with its separate meeting room, includes everything one needs for work or study. The landscaping is lovely. I was gratified to see trees outside the windows. This would definitely be a delightful place to call home.

The agent was a great leasing professional. She took her time to explain the apartment and rates. She went into detail about the amenities of the community and the apartment complex. I was there for forty minutes. I never felt rushed. She also gave a little history of the monopoly game, which made living here a little bit more interesting and special.

My impression of the staff was that they were extremely competent. I had complete confidence in their ability to run the property with no problem. The community seemed very comfortable and rich. I loved the fact that it was right next to a train station. It was clean, neat, and inviting.

This community is located in the heart of downtown Salem. The community offers luxury apartments with amenities usually reserved for vacation resorts. The on-site business center and media room make the community an inviting place for work and play. The leasing professional I worked with had obvious pride. I felt immediately welcome. I would love to live at this community, and I will be recommending it to family and friends.

I was impressed with the community. It is a carefree community. There are great amenities and great open floor plans. The apartments also offer built-in washer/dryers, and the newest appliances as well. I was also impressed with a large fitness center located in the clubhouse.

It is OK. Noise from train is an ongoing issue and was not addressed or mentioned when property was initially viewed. Trash disposal should be available per building as too far away. Too short notice is given for maintenance work. Monthly charge for cats should not be same as for dogs as cat owners do not use the dog facilities. Each apartment should have screens as routine outside. Access to main building for gym and business office should be available 24 hours and not simply when agent is in the office main building. Lacks a sense of community as mainly seems to be bedsit type of resident.

My experience at Jefferson at Salem Station was very good. The grounds were attractive and well maintained. The clubhouse building was beautifully decorated and upscale. The leasing agents were welcoming and helpful without being pushy. The property has many amenities not found in other communities with the exception of garages. The location was convenient to trains to Boston and downtown Salem, which is a big selling point. I would love to call this place home.

The location is great, the rooms and appliances are average. The landscaping company backed their truck into the back of my car. There are a lot of parking spaces occupied by the properties lift trucks.

The community was elegant and contemporary. The two bedroom/two bath model I was shown was spectacular. It had stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and a garden tub in the master bath.
