The Residence at Little River, Haverhill, was surrounded by conservation land and secluded from the City. I received sincere service and the pricing was reasonable.

The apartments were well maintained and the community is fairly close to everything in Haverhill.

The community had a lot to offer with outdoor space and plenty of parking for guests. The apartments were spacious and there was plenty of cabinet space. The pool was nice and the gym was open 24 hours. There was a grill by the pool so you could entertain by the pool. The community was surrounded by woods and had a lot of green area.

The Residences at Little River is a quiet community. It has all the modern amenities like a clubhouse, fitness center and pool. The buildings are a bit older and could use some sprucing up. The apartment I wanted was being renovated so I could not see it. The apartment I did see was adequate but the pictures of the updated apartment looked much more appealing. I would need to see the renovated apartment before I would make a decision. The leasing agent definitely showed effort.

I had a great impression of the community. The tour was very professional and informative. He was very good at selling me on living there. I loved the amenities and all of the community was being updated so there was construction and clean up going on outside and inside. Definitely recommend.

The community had standard amenities, such as a pool, community room, fitness center, and business center. The apartments were larger than most I had seen. The appliances and countertops were outdated. The rooms had walk-in closets and the second bedroom in the two bedroom apartment contained a soak-in tub.

I was disappointed in the fact that the office area had no computers or a printer. I was also dismayed by the messiness in the apartment.

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment, we are set up with WIFI and do have a small business center on site, if you need something printed or faxed we can take care of this for you. You would however need to bring a lap top to the business center. If the apartment was messy, I'd like to hear more about it, as we do have them professionally cleaned. This was a nice community. It was very well maintained. There was nothing special about it. It was the same as any other community.
