We have been living here about 3 months now. The staff is great. The maintenance crew is fast and efficient. The other residents though are a bit much. It's very much a dog community and we live dogs. However, the people with small dogs just let them run around off leashes. The apartments are well sized for the cost and water is paid so that's a plus. Parking is limited so if you're moving in as a pair assume you'll have to fight for a spot for the second car. The exterior is well kept. The exercise room is available 24 hours but a bit dated. There are two pools and a tennis court are well kept. There aren't a lot of children but the few here do roam wild and run into traffic.
