This is a good deal for the space. The place wasn't all the way together when I moved in but the manager made it right. The water bill is short of high and the place isn't ventilated well. I love it's location because it's off the beaten path. I think that it has potential to be a great place to live. I really haven't been residing here long enough to know. I wish that it was gated because I believe people who own houses out here use the dumpsters that I pay for. Overall it's a quiet area and they will fix things to your perfection.
