I have never felt compelled to leave a review about a place before but this place truely deserves it.  First this place is in a perfect location, the mall is 3 mile away, the highway is 1 mile away, the grocery store is about .5 miles away there is also a gym within walking distance that is very cheap and also very good, so with all of that being said, if you are looking for a nice, clean and modern apartment please give this place chance, I am a single guy in the military and this by far the most accommodating place I have live since while I was in KY, Patty Spice is a sweetheart and the best landlord I have ever had, just a quick example I was out of town my keys were lost I called Patty at 1 a.m. from the airport she made sure my door was unlocked when I got home, there are more examples but this review would go on forever. Please check this place out you will not be disappointed.  If I am ever back here again this will be my first choice.
