Run far away! Terrible company. They say they take video upon move in and move out. It is a lie! We have been with them 2 years. Asked for video and got one from before current tenants. Charging us for things that should have been caught upon move out from previous renters. Broken screens, broken mailbox. Things that should have been taken out of security deposit. They collect rent from renters early in month but don't pay you until the 15th. Good luck getting a hold of them, they NEVER call back. Maybe they will actually email if you are lucky. When they do go in to do repairs they don't call and ask the owner for permission. $350 to fix a part on old stove. We never would have approved that. Could have bought a new stove. Wanted to charge us to change the air filters. That is for the renters to do. The list goes on and on. They will take you for every penny. We just dumped them as they were terrible. Should have done it a long time ago. You have been warned!
