This place has gone down, awful!!!

I just moved in on 11/1/13. I used to live here in 2007 I think, but it is not the same place. I believe they told me this is the 3rd manager in 6 months. One leasing agent has been here for 2 weeks, one agent is getting ready to leave, and the last agent is part time. This place has no hope. I have been here two weeks and I am looking to move before the month is out (and pack all over again...YUCK).
I moved in on a Friday morning at 9a.m. At noon I let the staff know that the toilet wouldn't flush, only spin the water in my 1 bathroom apartment. To me this is an emergency maintenance situation. I called at 2 to let them know no one showed up. At 4:45 I went to the office and let them know that this had to get done before the end of the day. I left and got a call that it was fixed. When I returned it was not fixed but I could tell someone had been there, so no toilet. That night I also ran the dishwasher to realize it was not dispensing liquid or changing cycles. On Saturday someone came out for 4 hours and worked on it, then told me that since he was the only one working it would have to wait until Monday. I would have to pour a gallon of water from the shower into the toilet in order to force it to flush. He also walked across my carpet with the dripping wet snake he was using (disgusting and unsanitary). He then looked at the dishwasher and said he would put in an order on Monday for a replacement. On Monday they replaced the toilet (I layed down paper on the floor because they didn't). I then showed him the leaking faucet in the kitchen to which he replied, we will replace it when we come for the dishwasher. 1 week later at noon I hadn't heard anything about the dishwasher so I went to the office. She said I was in queue to get completed by the end of the day. Again they waited until the end of the day when I was not home and replaced both the dishwasher and faucet. It was on this day I realized my key would not open the mailbox. I told them I was waiting on important mail and this needed to be fixed TODAY. I got a call in the middle of the day that it had been fixed. When I returned home the mailbox still would not open!!!! I was waiting at the office at 9 the next morning when they opened and told the maintenance man, who said it opened for him, that I wanted to see him open it. He disappeared and returned saying the key he used the day before was now "missing" so he would not be able to show me. He then suggested replacing the lock, which would of course fix the problem. Now hopefully things will calm down a bit.
Recap of issues:
1. we pay a $150 non-refundable cleaning deposit - this place was filthy when we moved in. We clorox wiped all the cabinets, the floors, put cleaner in the sink to kill the rotten smell, and pulled chewbaka's hairball out of the shower drain.
2. went without a fulshing tiolet for 3 days
3. went without a dishwasher for 10 days
4. had a dripping faucet for 10 days
5. mailbox lock broken within the first 2 weeks of moving in
6. when moving I was told I didn't need an employment verification form by the manager, but was told on the night before move in that if I didn't have it I could not move in.
7. The complex wouldn't let me park my U-Haul in the parking lot for 2 days after traveling over 1000 miles across the US.
8. after all the issues we were given a $25 credit on our bill
9. they do not allow outside cable, so to get FOX Sports 1 channel to watch UFC and a single HD receiver for 1 TV it will cost $90/mo + tax.
10. no light on the balcony!!! no just no bulb, no light socket!!!
11. they will not disclose the speed of their internet service. I will, 5MB/sec download. The only other service they allow is AT&T, which is 6MB/sec download.
(We chose AT&T internet and no cable, Hulu, and Netflix because I refuse to give this place any more of my money)
