I have been living here for a little while now and I have to say that I am happy overall. My apartment is much larger, in better shape, and more affordable than what I had before in the Chicago suburbs. I pay a little more than other renters here because I selected some upgrades to be done in my apartment, but it was worth it to me in order to have nice countertops and new light fixtures that are more of my style. Any time I have had an issue it has always been taken care of timely and the office staff always seem to have time to answer any questions that I have. Planning on renewing again!
