I love the look and feel of the apartments, but the catch? The rent is already on the higher side for the size (on the smaller size) apartments, and you pay for EVERYTHING. Water is an additional fee, trash is an additional fee, pet rent for every pet you have (even a cat!), renter's insurance, extra security deposit for each pet, you pay for your own heat, cooking gas, electric, etc. There is so much fine print in the renter's agreement, I couldn't believe it! I know a lot of places will have fine print and a lot of rules and regulations, but from what I can tell they actually enforce all of them. My recommendation is to really understand the fee's and real cost of your apartment - with the fee's and utility costs, you can pretty much consider the price to be at least 25-35% more than your base rent. I heard that the complex used to be better under Ascot Glen, but apparently has changed for the worse under TGM.

A very nice community to live. One of the best apartment complexes in the area. Apartments are very well maintained considering all of the residents living here.

Over all I like it here but the price versus what I get is not worth it at all. The apartment layout and size is poor and just isn't worth what you are charging for it. The staff is above average and everything outside of the unit is very nice.

Price isn't worth what you get out of apartment during most of the year. sliding glass doors has bad seals that leak air real bad and the remodeled units could use fixing up on important things like the doors, light switches, better working dishwasher. better quality door locks and seals to main door. old tenants left grill coals in gravel and still out there.

Its nice well keep apartments. The only problem I have is that poo all over the yard by the entrance door and she do not pick it up. My guest that visit have to see all this dog poo before entering the building.

The neighbors are friendly, the environment is pleasant, there is ample parking, open gym and good service from management.

The pluses to living here are the great living quarters, the helpful staff, the really nice amenities, and the great location. Some drawbacks are that it's on the high end of what I'm willing to pay for an apartment, and the windows seem to let in a lot of cold air in the winter time.

Fairly quiet location with hard working friendly people from front office and maintanence

Its a good community but its pricey. We've been in this apartment for 4 years and our kitchen and bathroom are outdated. We requested to have an upgrade but they want to charge us for the remodeling. The community usually upgrade the apatrment's kitchen and bathroom once the old renter leaves. That means, if you just moved in and it happens that your apartment is already renovated,then you enjoy having the luxury apartment without the cost. The money that I'm paying right now deserves a better look than those of my friends paying lesser than me with modern features in the same community apartment.

Staff could be more accommodating to the renters.
