PROBLEM: HEATER BROKE DURING BELOW 0 DEGREE FREEZING TEMPERATURES.
I am not very much pleased with the slow response i recieve on maintenance requests. They do not seem to have enough maintenance people to fix a problem.
The 24 hour maintenance number is just a terrible answering service, they just forward your request to some technician on call who may be sick or hungover and they will NOT respond right away to fix the heater. Which by the way is a 30 year old furnace. You get no response or any visibility on when you will get the emergecy issue fixed, even after calling them again and again just to continue getting an answering service that swears up and down that they are forwarding the message AND they will not contact property manager b/c it is a maintenance issue. I am disappointed with the back and forth i am having to do, just to get my heater up and running. I think what upsets me most is that they do not return your calls to keep you in the loop. Poor Poor communication.
