The staff at the community were very friendly and inviting. They had great attitudes and seemed to really enjoy working for the company. The amenities were modern and well maintained by the property. The gym was state of the art and had great equipment. The apartments were spacious and offered great amenities inside. It would be a great place to live and know that the staff would always help with anything that you would need.

There is NO sound insulation between floors. You can hear everything. At times I feel as if I live in a dog park. Dogs are unleashed in common courtyards and management says they cannot enforce their own rules. At times I have seen dogs run the halls. I have even had one run into my apartment when I opened my door. Dogs barking in apartments is common here.

I would, only because of the location and convenience, but would not because the neighbors are disrespectful of the rules and rest of the community. Plus there are no incentives to do so.
Renewal time is always a time to see what options are available within the area. We also believe that our location is wonderful and the team is working well on our landscaping, common area cleaning, resident events and all of the items that can make the community a home for you and all who decide to call Tapestry Glenview home. Overall its a great place with a lot of great amenities and features but its a big pricey given the space of the units.

The sound from a unit to another especially between floors is terrible. The floor has no sound barrier at all.

My feedback to them would be the facility is great. Residents do not respect the property and it sounds like a dog kennel in some areas. Some of the dogs are aggressive. We entered a courtyard with our dog on a leash and two dogs that were not on a leash attacked our dog.
We do indeed appreciate your contacting us. We actually have launched new sod installation in April, a contract to work with the site team for a spring clean up , purchasing four additional pet stations and signage to assist in residents picking up after their pets r regualrly. All efforts are launched on this!

The community offered the latest and greatest amenities. The common areas were kept up with meticulous care and attention to detail. The leasing professional was prepared, pleasant, friendly, enthusiastic, sincere and natural. I would be very happy living there. The amenities and features offered everything I was looking for. The thin floors and walls, you can hear anyone flushing above you. No privacy. Plus it's next to the highway so it's loud! Plus you can hear people's conversations they have outside.

Hearing the noise of the walking in the hallway and the noise of the neighbors is a barrier, I would make sure that I would tell anyone new about this.
Please do let us know if you are interested in locating to a lower traffic area of the community. Sometimes residing in a more remote area of the community will help as there are always higher traffic areas of a community. Would not, upstairs neighbors very noisy. Would, apartment nice, amenities great.
Please do reach us in the office so we can call your upstairs neighbor. Many times your neighbor may not even realize they are being loud and will be happy to work with us to reduce the noise in your home. Please do come see us in the leasing office. Thank you, happy New Year!
