The community offered great value and amenities for the rent rate. I would recommend the community to family and friends.

The office staff was very pleasant. The pool and outside area looked very well maintained.

I think the building and the staff have a lot to offer. The community is in a great location, near public transportation and tons of bars and restaurants and tourist attractions. The building had a nice size pool and gym, which was very important to me. As a coffee lover, I loved having the option to get free coffee from my building. Also a plus was the dry cleaning service. I hate doing laundry, so that was a wonderful perk.

This community is in downtown Chicago in the middle of some of the best shopping around and the theater district. The apartments are spacious and well appointed with high-end finishes. There are state-of-the-art amenities, and the staff I encountered was professional, friendly and helpful.

I liked the building, the views were spectacular, the room sizes generous. I like the fact they had a pool, numerous common area rooms and outside area as well.

I loved the views of the city, the architectural gem to the vacant unit faced and the view of the lake, even though it was small.

The building location feels like you are in the pulse of the city. I especially liked the two rental apartments available for out of town guests.

This is a very clean residential building. I enjoyed my tour. The parking garage is literally right next door.

The apartment finishes made the apartments feel like a home. The floor to ceiling windows in the apartments give them an open feeling.

The leasing agent was amazing. The views from the apartments were exceptional. I loved the rooftop deck area. I thought the lobby and amenity areas were average and not as modern as other communities I had seen. I thought the steam room in the locker rooms was a unique feature, as I had not seen that anywhere else.

I was impressed with the property and there was more to offer than I imagined. It was clean and well kept. The agent did a great job with trying to accommodate my needs and explaining the benefits of the property. I would have leased an apartment if I was actually looking for one.

The apartment had great views and was in a great location downtown, with the exception of not being too close to a grocery store.

My perception of leasing at this community was that it was modern and a great value for the price. The community had great amenities such as the spacious party room which I could visualize entertaining guests in. I would consider leasing at this location as well as recommend others to consider this location as a place to lease as well.
