I say its nice, the building is nice, and the people are nice. Its a newer building so the ameneties are new and good. the gym is great!

it's great, quite, lots of amenities, grocery close, restaurants and bars close and the staff is so nice!

fun active community with lots of amenities. expensive but almost worth it due to the convenience. very nice staff across concierge team and maintenance.

beware of the inefficient soundproofing between units and the weatherproofing of the units. two bedroom corner units are very drafty in the winter and increasing the heat does not help the situation.

The maintenance staff is slow and they don't keep their word.

so far so good; I do hear my neighbors through the walls at night sometimes; also, the ipod docks don't work sometimes on the 8th floor. alarms go off easily whenever making anything in the oven;

I describe it as an adult dorm. It is best for the person who has an active/busy lifestyle and works downtown. You must be comfortable sharing things with others and living in close quarters. Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. Assuming that stuff doesn't ruin your day, you will enjoy the amenities.

Awesome location. The place looks really nice on the surface. It's not worth the price after the recent rent increase though. I like the ammenities, but residents are often loud/disrespectful. Walls are incredibly thin and bad neighbors can make you want to move buildings. If you have respectful neighbors, it's generally a comfortable place to live with a great view of the city.

It's very nice - great location with respect to dining, bars and downtown. NIce dogpark next door and very dog friendly.

Its fun, very convenient amenities, great location however rent is overpriced and there is very very poor internet and cellphone connectivity.

It is a great place to live. they need to take better care of the Health facility.

The community was a well built and well maintained building. The community features are excellent.

The community was outstanding and truly in a league of its own.

I would highly recommend the community to anyone I know. It was awesome and the leasing professional was exceptional. I really loved the place.
