Be careful before moving here. Here are somethings to be aware of.

Rent increases every few months. Jack up rates every renewal.
Stupid lease restrictions.

Thin walls and lot of noise.
Plumbing issues and lot of noises from water pipes. Crazy road noise in many units.

No individual heat control, too high or low temps in winter.
No central air - 1 window AC is not enough during peak summer.
Old windows, cold leaks air everywhere in winter.

1 Washer Dryer for entire building with 8 units. That also does not work properly.
Too many residents with dogs, Dog poop everywhere.

Management does not care about residents.
Rude and inflexible people at the office - Pam and Betsy.

Overall bad experience renting here.
