The community was very nice, but I think the cost of rent was extremely high for the area.
Beautifil Lanscape Maintenance, clean well lit garage and good overall maintenance and management.
Peacefull quiet community with easy acess to walk and bike trails, dog friendly and very central location to all expressways.
Where can you find better in the NW Burbs?
As a Real Estate Broker I have hundreds of places to choose from to live. I popped into MOL one day to scope out a perspective unit for a client on mine. I was warmly greeted by Matt H which is something you rarely see these days with leasing offices. I gave full disclosure right away that I was a Realtor looking for a client and he took the time & treated my stay with him as if I was actually looking for myself vs just giving me a few brochures and directing me to MLS. I was so impressed with him, the grounds, and the overall quality that I came back again but for myself.
We just love it here!
The beautiful environment and well tended landscape provide a wonderful background for our love condo. Everything is top-notch from the windows and doors to the tile and granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very, very happy here.

It's a nice place, but there have been some problems.
It's a nice complex, with great apartments. The maintenance service has been iffy, so far (a little over a week)---things supposedly repaired that were not---but I'm glad I chose this apartment and complex.
