My experience was good.
Nice apartment complex.
I enjoy the apartment complex and how quiet the grounds are. The leasing agents and all of the staff are top notch - best I have ever dealt with I think that my rent is too high and will likely be moving somewhere cheaper once my lease is up given I see my apartment advertised on Craigslist for 400 less than my current rent.

Nice property with excellent upkeep
The property is beautiful. Grounds keeping and cleanliness of the common areas are excellent.
Quality of construction is best in class The only noise intrusions are from occasional hallway traffic.
The management and maintenance staff really go the extra mile in customer service. Very few times have I needed to place a maintenance order but when I have I utilize the online work order system and the issue has been fixed prior to my return home on the next day.

Great Place to Live
The Dunton Ave building is very quiet, loved living in the spacious studio. Great staff, high-end fixtures appliances, very clean, perfect location downtown Arlington Heights next to Metra. Only wish I could stay

Great location
After living here for two years, it's a really great location to commute downtown. Pet friendly, people friendly, great prompt service. The 3 elevators self-park on the ground, 5th and 9th floors when not in use, and if you're on one of those floors its really nice to have it open with no waiting - otherwise the wait only ever a few short moments. Wonderful views if you're looking south, and although the train can be a bit noisy, you learn to live with it. The club room smells AMAZING all the time, we'd seriously pop in to get a whiff.

Great place to live
Absolutely. Renovations going on at building 2 to make it nicer, staff is always friendly and helpful. New apartments with great amenities. Glad to live here.

Small, overpriced run-down
Units are very small and overpriced for the location. Parking is expensive. Hallways are really run-down looking. Not a very nice looking complex for the rent price. Very little storage space. Office staff is very friendly and helpful, maintenance repairs things in very timely fashion.
We apologize that you are not satisfied with the apartment or hallways. We do have other apartments we can transfer you to in the community. The hallways are currently being touched up on every floor. Please let us know if you would like us to do anything specific near your apartment. Good property- minor issues
Overall i've enjoyed living here- however, the dryer is awful. We had maintenance come and look at it and he said there was nothing wrong but it takes a MINIMUM of 2 hours to dry a normal sized load of laundry so you really have to block of a good chunk of time to do laundry. Also the door where the washer and dryer are kept keeps breaking and falling out of the hinge every time it's engaged and we've had it fixed before. Besides that though i can't complain about much.
