Good building, location, maintenance personnel but horrible neighbors. People don't have dogs on a leash, leave dogs outside unsupervised. People hang their cloths on their deck to dry, ghetto. Very noisy, bass up loud at 6am. Complain to manager and nothing seems to be done about it, each manager I should say. Three have been through here in less than a year. Parking is a joke. Want a garage but none available because some Tennant's have two or more. People that live near the complex are nice and Grimes is a nice town but this place is poor. Don't move here, you will unfortunately be disappointed.
