Awful experience

We lived in the 29th st townhomes and the landlord made the experience awful. He was so unhelpful and he also took our whole 1350 dollar deposit without returning any of it for no reason. We didn't do anything to the property. Also, he charged us for 3 months of the water bill when we didn't live there and he told us to keep the water on when we moved out. He was completely unprofessional and I would never recommend any of his properties to anyone.
