These apartments are a dump! No parking, unprofessional staff! Don't lease from these people!

These are nice if you like 80's décor! The carpet is probably 20 years old and weren't very clean when we moved in around 2 years ago! Noisy neighbors below us, with mom yelling at her kids all the time! No place for anyone visiting you to park! Will definitely be looking for another place!

I have lived here for two years now. It is very clean, quiet, and spacious. Utilities run about 108 for electric/gas and 70 for water. Garbage/sewer about 45 every 4 months. Very new and affordable 3 bedroom apartment. Land is well kept and lower level stays cool in summer and warm in winter without need to use the air or heat. Only problem I have ever had is the blinds are a little bent up and were never fixed, so we are a little worried that we may be charged when we move out. Unless you are very particular, it really isn't a big deal to live with. The only other issue worth mentioning is the children that live above me are constantly stomping and it shakes the ceiling fan. We always have people commenting on it when they come over... But you will have that with all children where ever you go and you do get used to it. I always comment back to my family and friends and say 'what noise?' As for the neighbors next to me, I have never heard them once. We always get compliments on how lovely our place is! Very close to all that you need and to the trails. They switched landlord's after we moved in and he has been great. Kevin carried out the duties that the previous one never met as soon as he started. After that, we have only needed our landlord's assistance once- which he met in a timely manner. I think this place is excellent and would recommend it to anyone! I am very critical, so that is saying a lot.
