The property was older, but very well maintained and attractive. The apartments were spacious and very reasonably priced. The location was centrally located with easy access to business, entertainment, dining, shopping and transportation. All staff members were welcoming and professional.

Living here is a great place but you will not get what you are expecting. The maintenance here is not up to par. I have been calling on service and still have not gotten it.

The community was clean and well maintained.
I feel that it is unfair that there is no drop box anymore and that you have to pay an extra $20 to pay it on line .
It is ok minus the rent problem.
Great place to live
Rent office and maintenance people are by far the best I have ever dealt with. I called about the heater while I was at work around 10am when I got home around 3pm it was already fixed.
The first time I took a tour, I knew this is where I wanted to live.
I would tell them it's pretty quiet, cozy, and plenty of room for your living style. I really enjoy the "park" like setting.

I like living here its just the people above me dont know how to sit down they make to much noise but overall i have been living here for almost 1 year now

A great place to live. Any problem you have the maintenance and rent office fix in a timely manner. Neighbors are really friendly.

I liked that the rental rate was very low and the apartment was decent. The leasing professional was great. She was very conversational and seemed like a nice person. I would consider living there and would recommend it to others.
