They violated of Ga Housing Code Enforcements
Many repairs were needed. Lived there for a whole year and had a gas leak. I had to get Code Enforcement envolved. The management botched up the furnace repair and failed to replace worn out carpet. They wanted me to pay for renovation of outdated apartment.
This is the worst apartments in stone mountain
If you want to live with ants, roaches, and spiders this is the place for you. They have poor customer service and they do care about the tenants. The apartments are out dated. Need to be remodeled. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY.
