I loved the layout of the apartment I saw, and the leasing professional was very nice. The tour made me feel like I would enjoy living in the community. I got the feeling the staff would accommodate me.

This community had a great staff. The leasing professional was a master of her craft without being pushy or creating an awkward environment.

Pool is dirty, people don't pick up after their dogs, loud neighbors and you can never get ahold of the staff. I've been waiting days for a light to be fixed. But if they need something from you they sure come find you quick

After visiting the community and touring with the leasing professional, I did not think that I would lease an apartment or even recommend it to a friend. Nothing bad occurred, but I did feel that the leasing professional could have made me feel more welcome or like the community was the place for me.

Westdale properties/management: Horrible!!!! Poor customer services.

When an issue is reported, someone is on the job asap, I wish they would take into consideration that I have an alarm. I always remind them to call me before someone goes into my apartment, but they always seem to forget. Other than that, pretty peaceful in the neighborhood, staff is very friendly.

I have not taken advantage of amenities at the property. Wifi is needed but is not reliable.
