I lived here for a year. It was underwhelming.

The property is horribly taken care of despite the efforts of the very hard working maintenance. Our entire unit was slanted with cabinets that would swing open if it weren't for magnets. The office refuses to work with residents to schedule maintenance so you can be present.

The property manager never responds to requests and emails. I had to be eagle eyed when it came to the rent bill because there were multiple months of incorrect charges.

Along with the loud parties thrown by the neighbors, the police in full tactical gear locking down the property at one point, not to mention a random parking lot SHOOTING the year before I moved here and a noticeable bug problem among so many other little things - I wouldn't choose to live here if I could go back.

And after all that they took every single penny they could from me and never offered ANY kind of concessions - always with a smile though cause as the phone recording says "Customer Service is their #1 priority"...right
