I have not lived here very long but I can say that the community is very well kept and the neighbors are really quite. The kitchen needs a drastic update to make it more current and modern but hey... all appliances work. The square footage of my 1 bedroom is bigger the floor plans that other even the more expensive/luxury communities offer. I love it so far.
