I should have done more research with my apartment hunting! Out of desperation and a unexpected time frame of moving I decided on these apartments. The model apartment is great (like always) it really sells you. However, not the true case with their apartments. The staff is decent. And I must admit the maintenance is quick to responding and sufficient. The area is aweful! Constantly busy. Lots of drug activity. The complex is disgusting, no upkeep what so ever. Trash is everywhere (except for in front of the office ofcourse). The pool is nice, somewhat. You can tell the property owners and management can really care less about this place. Very noisy and when you complain about things far as what happens around your unit it NEVER gets taking cared of. Stray animals EVERYWHERE!!!!! And expect to have avertisement all over your breeze way and door when you return home from a long day of work. They need more than one dumpster because trash always builds up outside of it because its too small. The access gate does not work and you once could pay your rent with a card....that's no longer available...did I mention there is no drop box (so long if you work during their office hours). The amount for rent is not worth it. The appliances are poor. There are bugs but then again I can't speak for the living conditions of each tenant in the complex but as for my unit, there are some NASTY people so that could be the explanation for that. Be prepared to step over tons of cigarette bugs and occassional beer bottles...no one seems to know how to keep the outside in good condition. Walls are very thin, you can hear everything...and I live upstairs! Mailboxes are not all secure but havent had an issue with that (thankfully). So much more to say but I think you get the point. NO!
