The community looked very nice and very well maintained. The leasing staff were very friendly and helpful.

These apartments are very nice I would recommend

As a real customer, I would expect it not to take so long to get in touch with the staff. I called all day Friday and no one answered the telephone until a little after 4:00 PM that day. Once I spoke to a member of the staff and was shown the apartment, the staff member's friendliness and presentation made up for me not being able to speak with a live person in the beginning.

For the community to be affordable housing, it did not look like any corners were cut or compromises made on the inside of the residents. I felt comfortable and safe. It seemed like a family friendly place to be.

The community was well kept, clean and welcoming. The community was set off of a main road and was quiet. The landscaping was colorful and the pool was large and very clean. Although the fitness center was small, it was adequate. Unfortunately, the fitness center was only open during business hours. I was told they were working on key access for after hours admission. The washer/dryer/cable bundling package was a nice option especially since it also included one carpet cleaning a year. The Team Member was friendly, welcoming and even offered to put together a list of daycare providers and local attractions for me.

The employees were the best asset of the community. They were pleasant and accommodating. The interiors were in-line with the price. I felt they were clean, but in need of updating. In my opinion, the landscaping was most in need of attention as the grass was patchy and discolored.

Overall its was an exciting visit. The leasing professional had a warming attitude and I was very comfortable around her.

West Club seems to be a community in flux. The office complex is a showcase while the rest of the community is lacking in polish or pizzazz. This being said, it's greatest assets are its people. Based on their merits and performance alone, I would recommend others to live there. The apartments are spacious with clean, simple lines.

The community was very nice for the price. The buildings were clean and well maintained. The grounds were nicely manicured and well maintained. The pool was clean and inviting. The fitness center had nice equipment. The agent welcomed me and remembered me from the earlier telephone call. He was relaxed during the visit and was very comfortable discussing the apartment, amenities and costs.

The leasing agent was polite. The community seemed to be a good value.

It was very hard for me to picture myself paying close to $700 per month for something that did not even have clean carpet. I appreciated the attempt at building rapport, but it became overbearing at times.

I would recommend this home to someone who wanted to live in the area and would not mind a gas dryer.

I felt that my experience today was above average and the agent conveyed a genuine desire to help me become a resident.
