Writing this review because I don't think other's have given the property the rating it deserves. I have lived in many apartment homes (communities that are rated higher, better location, and much more expensive monthly) and this one is no different from any other, maybe even better! I have had a problem with two of my neighbors and both were taken care of in a timely matter...both of which being noise...one from a barking dog and the other loud music. You do have to be persistent with the leasing office and maintenance but it's like that everywhere, your not the only apartment! I have had a few problems that maintenance has had to take care of and they usually get to it within two days of reporting it. The leasing office staff is nice as well as maintenance and most of my neighbors. My daughter and I also enjoy the pond on the property that has many many ducks to feed. We like to do this weekly when we have time. The pool, I haven't used yet, nor the weight room but they do have them. The tennis courts are nice. Oh and I live in phase 2, which is the non-updated side of the property and it's not falling apart...I'm pretty picky even though I'm on a tight budget, I looked at a least 20 other apartments before making my decision, for the price I pay it works for me. I've been here for about 6 months and will most likely renew my lease. I think I've hit everything....have fun apartment hunting!
