Do not inforce renters to pickup after there pets,

manager of ten oaks Tucker is not a good manager, do not enforce renters to pickup after there pets. Do not return phone calls when you have urgent matters to discuss property has gone down since Cortland Partners bought property, plumbing in bathrooms plugged up every other week, Heat/Air works upstairs in townhome but downstairs vents do not work and as many repair request have been submitted nothing has been done. During the summer air went out, Cortland Partners did not want to pay for new unit, kept putting antifreeze in system and every two weeks apartment would be burning up because air condition system was not fixed property. (MOVING OUT BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE CONDITIONS THESE NICE APARTMENTS HAVE GONE DOWN TO)

Disappointed in New Management

I have lived in the complex for a year, and I truly HAD no complaints outside normal expectations from apartment living. Unfortunately, Ten Oaks was just bought by a new management company. They are planning to renovate appliances, so they are jacking up rental rates for new and existing residents. My rent alone is up over 7%!! AND they are asking new renters for another 10% higher on top of that!! Sounds like they just want to make more money off of the complex. I am very sad that Ten Oaks changed management, as the existing staff was very friendly and most importantly kept the rental rates reasonable.

Long Story Short- Find cheaper apartments in Duluth, Norcross, or Johns Creek (Lawrenceville is expensive if you don't want to live in a very "sketchy" area). The quality will be the same and you'll have more money in your pocket.
