Noise and some neighbors leave trash bags outside their doors for two or three days and I believe that's why we have roaches in the apartment.

My encounter with the Leasing Professional was refreshing and very educational. He effectively sold the community and the apartment to me with his detailed presentation and personalized applications. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what he discussed with me. The community itself was well taken care of and looked like a very nice place to live. I would surely have leased here today and would refer the community to my friends.

Overall, the community was nice and well maintained. I did not find that it offered more in the way of amenities than could be found at any other property, leasing at the same market rates. The leasing professional was pleasant.

If you are looking for a new place to live, this is it. The leasing staff was very friendly and really want to make sure that you have everything in the place you spend most of your time. It was conveniently located near several grocery stores and close to 85. It was definitely a place to call home. Check it out.

There is always more trash than the trash bin can hold so piles of trash bags are piled up in front really tackey! Several stray cats surround the trash area because of this... And this is what you see entering and leaving the complex. Long huge ladders sticking out the back of resident's work vehicles which makes you have to drive in the middle of the road. Disabled vehicles taking up parking. Residents parking any kind of way. Dog feces not picked up by their owners. Coupon and ad papers thrown on the ground at the mailbox

Need a larger play area for kids, bring back volley ball courts, better system for garbage, maybe add another recepitcal? Also offer discount if tenants provide their own washer and dryer!

My overall perception of the community and staff was neutral. It took a couple of minutes before I was greeted and the presentation was started. The community looked clean, although I was never shown any of the community amenities, other than the mailboxes that were pointed out. The apartment and features were presented in a positive manner.
