It's a great place to live the aperrment very roomier

I would recommend this apartment because of how the apartment is designed on the inside. And also because it is spacious and in a good area to the mall and other stores.

My perception of the experience in relation to the property was not at all with I expected. I did not receive the proper service in relation to the contact person and the person there to do the presentation.

I would recommend this community to my friends and family looking to lease in this area.

Based on what I was able to observe and experience, I felt this community was average. There wasn't anything which struck me as exceptional, but what was there and offered seemed to be well maintained.

The leasing professional seemed very willing to make prospective residents have a good experience.

I really liked this community and the apartment itself. I am seriously considering moving here in the future. I just think that the front gate should be fixed some how to make it better for future residents to enter the community.

What I saw of the community seemed to be clean and fresh.

The level of customer service at this property was great! I respected the agent's demeanor, as she was very informative, knowledgeable and confident.

The agents at the community did not excite me about the community. The presentation lacked energy and there was no effort to give me any brochures or business cards upon my exit.

The community seemed to be well kept and well managed.

I thought the leasing professional did a fine job selling the apartment. She was warm and friendly, and seemed willing to help. She made the process very clear, and tried to identify my needs. She didn't go all the way out, because she didn't show me the entire property. I cannot say if the rent is a good value or make a full assessment of whether I'd like the quality of life based on the amenities, because I didn't get to see the amenities. The leasing professional talked about the amenities, but didn't show them. The property itself was not as well-maintained as the "drive by" appearance would suggest. The apartment and the grounds needed some attention, but from what I saw, the rent was reasonable for the condition. I may or may not suggest this place to friends depending on their budget constraints.

The agent was a very nice young man and he made the visit enjoyable. The community looked in good shape. The apartment had new carpet and good space. The other office staff was very friendly. I would refer others to them.

The agent really made an effort to relate to me, my current situation and specific interests. The best selling point was the nice pricing available. This is a very competitively priced community, and it is in a very nice location.
