You get what you pay for and that's about it. Rent is reasonable for what you get. Although they have raised rent but no real improvements made. Unless you count the canopy over the mail boxes, like that was needed. Lawn care is neglected; weeds over from the mulch everywhere. Newest lawn care company not really any better. All they are really doing is blowing the mulch around. Apartments nicely decorated inside except for paint, walls mark up very easily. Not to sure management really care about what resident steel as most things go unattended to.
