The staff was very professional and pleasant and yet fun to talk to. The property was very clean and neat. There was no trash found laying around at all. The property had a lot of closet space, including a large walk-in and a small size in each room. This was a very nice feature. Plus, the dining room was noticeably larger than most properties and it made the room seem so much bigger.

The property has a family feel to it with a nice playground for children. The prices were very good, and it is great they include water. The location has many conveniences nearby. I did not have a chance to see a vacant apartment due to one not available, but I can see why, with the low prices and nice area.

there is always constant noise, and there is garbage everywhere. in the breezeway, on the ground, in the parking lot, and all around the dumpster. Management is impossible to hold accountable, when there is a problem in the apartment, they take months to get on it, ever if called every single day. the place feels unsafe, I had a stranger open my door one night, it was very scary. I do not feel safe at night.

The grounds in particular need attention. The property is not attractive. There was a cleanliness issue in the apartment I was shown; moldy conditions in bathtub area and dead bugs in the kitchen sink.

The community lacks car, and the staff is unprofessional and unpleasant.
