Great experience, very friendly community.

It is very pricey here, but it is a decent place to live, especially if you have children.

Clearly, there was a master plan. I suspect they never knew just how well it would work. This property is well maintained, has the friendliest people and couldn't be more of a home. Well done.

Its very good place to stay. Except maintenance where once the put up a request they show in a day or two or might be surprised to see they never show up.

I cannot stand all the noise from our neighbors Sometimes they're just being inconsiderate, but mostly it's because these apartments were not built well.. There is absolutely no sound insulation It's really stressing us out.. Other than that it's a pretty convenient comfortable place to live...

Living at the reserve is as close to living in an up scale neighborhood as you can get with apartment living. The walls are thick so I rarely ever heard my neighbors. When something needed fixed the staff got it done within 48 hours usually 24 . The people who live here are fantastic Everyone waves to each other and stops to talk while walking around. That's another thing, I feel safe whether it is noon or midnight. I am a very cautious person always keep windows and doors locked but i have 2 dogs and if they need to go out, we can go out. I love it here

My wife and I have been living at Sugarloaf Reserve for 10 months and we are very satisfied with the overall quality of the apartments. The buildings are clean, light and cozy. The territory is very nice, clean and well-developed. The staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive. The location is very quiet and convenient it s pretty close to I-85. We have never had a problem with parking availability. There are just a few minor issues:
1) Ventilation system of the 3rd floor has a poor performance: we often smell cooking downstairs, our smart dryer sometimes detects congestion of the vent duct. Perhaps it s an issue of the construction design - outlets of 3rd floor vent ducts are located below the 3rd floor level
2) Even though the community is gated, the front sidewalk gate is almost always opened. It s not surprising that break-ins happen every few months
3) We can hear a neighbor downstairs, but we do appreciate her vocal skills :-)

Please fix online portal so I can pay my rent and not be charged extra $100 for late payment.

Constant maintenance issues since we moved in, terrible parking, and the pool has been dirty all summer long.
