The only thing good about this apartment is the location. I know what you're thinking, "you get what you pay for." But that's not the case. There are 3 other complexes right down the street that are in the same price range but have better apartments, better amenities, and excellent customer service. This place has awful customer service, run down apartments, and no functional amenities. 1st- If you need to call the office for something, good luck. No one ever answers the phone. You literally have to spend your lunch break going there to ask questions and make maintenance request in person. But even then, you're taking a risk because they take random breaks for hours at a time. Using the "Back at X:00" sign, and the time is never right. 2nd- If you're trying to get maintenance to fix something, Give them a couple of weeks. 3rd- Don't believe the pictures. That beautiful playground you see, it's been shutdown for a month now. The awesome workout room, doesn't have working equipment. That amazing pool you see, stays locked most of the time.
