I have currently renting apartment at Silver Oaks. The apartment building I'm living in has roaches bad. I have contacted the leasing office to have the entire building sprayed. The neighbor that lives next door isn't the cleanliest person in the world. I have a teenage daughter that lives there with me. Every time I pull up in the front of my door trash is everywhere. The maintenance crew is sorry the complex turns off the water without informing you. I think the office staff doesn't care because some of them doesn't there. I would never ask any of my friends to move there.

My a/c has been off since before memorial weekend.They called themselves putting in a new unit but it worked for a total of 24 hours then it was right back to square one. The employees are rude,disrespectful and full of excussse.I hate i became a renter/lease holder in these specific apartments. The property manager is never around and i just hate these apartments. Once my lease is up im leaving. Please do not lease here. 2013

They have poor and bad managment,they have to change the managment how to handle the customer or resident,all there employees should have good atittude and good customer service too
