The lease contract is very deceiving. It fabricates word in a way to make you believe that water and trash will be included. It is not! The management has a passive aggressive method of making the residence do what they want. They will leave letters wedged onto your doors stating that they will fine you 25$ if you do not follow the pet policy. They even encourage the neighbors to report one another if they so happen to witness this. And let me tell you.. Some of these residence will happily do so. Neighborly love??...unavailable in this community. I have yet to have a power bill less than $125. The building is so poorly insulated it is always cold. I maintain 69 degrees when I'm out and 70 degrees when I am home. I live alone and I am still trying to figure out how that much power could be used..bottom line up front. Over picked, and the management is the worst I have yet to experience. This is solely my opinion and if you fail to heed my comments, I'll see you soon as my new neighbor. Please don't tattle-tell in me like everyone else seems to be doing.
