Where to start. I have lived here 2 years and in that time I have noticed the following occurrences:
The Fitness Center has limited access, it closes when the leasing office does. Valet trash fees for trash that is never removed at least once per month. Multiple dumpsters on property that rarely get emptied. I have had 2 outlets in my apartment that have not worked since the first day I moved in. Maintenance is a joke, requests are often closed without any resolution. You better make good friends with your neighbors because you will hear their lives at all hours of the day. Want to pay your rent online? There is an $80 fee for that.

Management has changed 3 times since I have moved here, and they seem to get ruder. When I went in to ask about my final rent amount I have been given 3 different numbers. When I asked for contact information for EOS property management I was told "Are you stupid? Who asks for that" as well as being advised at the start of the meeting "You will sit right there and listen to what I have to say".

Don't waste your time or money with this place. Believe me, it is not worth it at all.
