Maintenance and amenities are great. The only complaint I have is parking upkeep, and office personnel are subpar. Constantly no attention to detail. Pool was NOT heated year round for the last 2 years. Elevators are undependable with a neighbor getting stuck in an elevator for an hour and NO compensation on rent. The smell of weed is a contstant, but nothing is ever done about it. Recently a roach problem. Communication by the staff is inconsistent. Public televisions are rarely working. People have "guests" that are not allowed.

I'm glad that now it's cold again our pool heater is working again, all of our TVs are working and have been for some time, as we recently emailed about, and that our elevator company is always just a call away to fix any issues we may have. I recommend it because it is beautiful. I know it is a young building and getting its sea legs on, like with the parking, and package storage. I am willing to stay and watch it grow. But little things like mirrors in the garage, slow-closing doors so they don't have to slam all the time, moving package storage AWAY from the entrance of the garage (sooooo dangerous) need to be fixed. I send my packages to a friends house so i don't have to stand in front of moving traffic to get my packages.
Thanks for your review! We started the process of relocating the lockers last year and should have it finished within the next couple of months. It unfortunately is a very costly and lengthy process so it's just taking some time. We repaired the doors from the garage (if that's what you're referring to) to close without slamming about three weeks ago, so hopefully, that helps! If you'd like us to look at your neighbors front door - or yours, we can do that too! Just let us know. The mirrors are also on our parking company's list, I can update you with an ETA when we have one! Thanks again!

Great amenities, very few drawbacks. I have mentioned my concerns about parking (specifically, residents parking in guest parking) as well as non-residents who sometimes sneak into resident parking to the leasing office staff. Unfortunately, this has proven difficult to enforce. I enjoy living here, but this place could be perfect if parking rules were enforced more aggressively (especially against residents who choose to park in the already very limited guest parking).
