Very Comfortable and Relaxing Place to Live

Living at the Savoy is like coming home to a luxury resort suite. Every so often certain neighbors play loud music during inappropriate hours of the night and early morning. Also, the indoor halls outside the apartments don't appear to be vacuumed as frequently as needed. And, there aren't close to enough organized gatherings hosted by the leasing office to promote tenants becoming more familiar with one another. Besides the above 3 items, my stay at the Savoy has been heavenly. Thank you.

The customer service was very comforting. The property had nice amenities, but was in need of some upkeep and the hallways needed some sprucing up and cleaning.

The community was very close to the highway, the halls were long and it was hot. I like the key access to several areas for safety. I think the storage in each apartment was sufficient and I like that I can bring my own washer/dryer.

Nice, safe, comfortable place to live.

Would like to see more pressure washing of sidewalks and patio around the pool area, more pine straw in the pond side of the building and more frequent vacuuming of the hallways and sweeping in front of the garage entrance doors and the elevators.

Inadequate amenities for residents.

For the price, the amenities at the Savoy are inadequate. No trash receptacles in the parking garage, no laundry facilities, cannot pay using credit card without incurring extreme fees, no tennis courts, no carwash facilities, no community garden, no social events for residents, no resident appreciation days (freebies - brkfst sandwiches, snacks, etc), no kids night (movies, ice cream). The list goes on.... The other apartment complexes do/have at least some if not all of these amenities at a comparable rental cost range. Once you sign the lease, your forgotten.
I am the new Manager at the Savoy and I appreciate your feedback. I would like to invite you to stop by the Leasing Office to discuss your concerns. At Lincoln Properties we strive to provide you with the best possible experience in apartment living.
Thank you again for the feedback and I look forward to speaking with you!

This community has everything you want in a community. It is eight years old but looks new.

The leasing professional was nice and treated me with respect. The community looked like a nice place to live and I liked the fitness center. The apartment was not special but had a lot of space.

The price difference that I was given was not understandable. The community was attractive and well maintained.

Overpriced. Maintenance staff does best they can but appear understaffed .

We pay a monthly fee included in the water bill for pest control on the property and there are cobwebs and spiders everywhere, the windows need to be power washed from time to time to deal with this issue. The garage ceiling as well as entry ways to the mailbox and gates that have spider webs and spiders right above you as you enter and exit. The garage is actually creepy with all the spiders.

Nice Modern Apartments BUT...The Walls Are Paper Thin!

My experience since I moved here on Feb 28th, 2013:

The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbors washing machines, showers runing, and when thier getting ready for work early in the morning. Additionally, you can hear them walking above you and their music playing.

Lastly, mangagement allows vendors into your home even when you request they not enter. I am moving as soon as my lease ends.

I love it so far, but a bit pricey.

I haven't moved in yet.

The parking needs improvementt, The walls are too thin and you can hear your neighbor next door. Community property is kept up very well.

I would let them know that the Savoy has great curb appeal. The staff is really nice. And you feel very safe on property
