I have lived here for almost 2 years and while the cons are always there, the pros far outweigh the cons. The location is great.
Cons: Parking is limited near some of the buildings, there is no controlled parking at all. When the ice arrives, you are stuck at home due to the hills around the complex.

Pros: quiet neighborhood, safe, affordable, large units, i cant hear my neighbors at all, Gas stove and water heater, Maint team is responsive and good.

I looked at many complexes before deciding to move here, and i am happy. I continue to look at other complexes and they just don't add up to what i have here.

The new management is not very hands on, which is a shame. If they would take a more active role, this complex would be over the top. The rent continues to increase at the rate of other places, so no big deal.
