I found the level of care to the common areas to be lacking. The breezeway had a good deal of litter and leaf debris. The staircase was in need of pressure washing and also had a good deal of paper type litter. The breezeway walls were in need of paint. In addition, when touring the model, I saw cobwebs in the corners of the walls in the secondary bedroom.

I was impressed with the community. It was very beautiful inside and out. I would recommend this community to others.

The customer service I received was adequate, but pretty robotic.

the apartments are spacious but the pool and fitness centers close too early the way it operates is bad. they dont come right away when you put in a work order and if you run across problems they wont do anything to make the situation right. i was moved in with stains on my carpet they will not come out so i was told theyd take off 100 dollars for one month so i can buy a rug , which i feel is unfair i should have had new carpet or my rent lowered for the endurance of the lease. so this is the reason i call them unfair because im still paying full rent and i have to cover up something they should have taken care of. how do a rug in a bedroom look we pay all this money and cant even get new carpet.

The leasing professional was warm and friendly. She engaged me in a friendly conversation and made me feel very comfortable. As a real customer I would have leased an apartment based on her pleasant attitude and presentation.
